companies (together referred as “we/us/our”).

verification, web hosting services, credit checks, payment operations, and other services
(Subcontractors). Subcontractors may only use your personal data to provide services to us.
Subcontractors are not authorized to use your personal data for their own behalf. Subcontractors are
required to comply with security and confidentiality obligations, and implement appropriate measures
so that data processing is carried out in a manner that complies with applicable regulations and
guarantees the security of your personal data.

the terms of a written agreement with these data controllers relating to your personal data.

us, Subcontractors, data controllers and other third parties mentioned in this policy to use, process,
transfer and store your personal data in accordance with this Policy.
3.2 You may decline to the processing of your personal date at any time. However, where the
objection to the processing of your personal date prevents us, Subcontractors, data controllers and
other third parties mentioned in this policy from verifying your identity or otherwise complying with our
compliance obligations, you will be unable to use your Account, our Website or any services or
transactions available through the Account or Website.
WHAT WE COLLECT
4.1 We may generally collect all or some of the following categories of data from you:
(a) Identification Information. Your full name, surname, identification number, passport,
identification card number, date of birth, phone number, residential and/or mailing address,
citizenship, email address, postcode, Account username, e-wallet account details of the sender
and the receiver, password, copies of any documents you have provided for identification
purposes, your image in photo or video and any other information relating to you which you
have provided to us in any form.
(b) Usage Information. Information about your use of our website and services, including cookies,
IP (internet protocol) address, computer and connection information, device type and unique
device identification numbers (e. g. IMEI number, MAC address), bandwidth, mobile network

(c) Information collected in accordance with the requirements law. Personal data from, among
other matters as required by law, politically exposed persons (PEP) screening, sanctions
screening, source of funds screening, corporate and business activities screening.
(d) Transaction Information. Transaction information gather from the use of the Account, Website
and related services, including but not limited to, deposit snapshots, account balances, trade
history, order activity and distribution history, bank account number, identification data of
electronic money account, account statement.
(e) Employment Information. Your employment history, education background and income.
(f) Financial Information. Your bank account information, credit card information (including the
card number, expiry date and CVC), tax identification number, transaction history and trading
data.
(g) Correspondence. Responses to promotions and initiatives on our Website or app, and
interactions with our support team and customer service officers via email, app, this Website

4.2 In addition to the above, we will also provide you with your Account details, which includes your
username which is either created by, or assigned to, you. The Account details should be remembered
by you, but will be stored by us in case you forget them.

5.2.4. content information – includes information stored on your device, information to which you have

5.3. Received from third parties – we and our Subcontractors work closely to verify your eligibility
for an Account and our services. Accordingly, we search global and local databases for our business purpose and when we are required by law (e.g., PEP or sanctions lists, credit ratings), and, when possible, we obtain personal data from state authorities.
5.4 Additional information provided by you – includes any information you provide to us to access this Website, our services or is related to the performance of our services and/or based to other purpose (e. g. provision of the queries, phone calls that may be recorded).

such as banking intermediaries, international payment services providers and regulated distribution

8.1.4 our approved email provider – in order to be able to send emails to you;

administration fee (to cover our costs incurred in processing your request) and provide any
clarification reasonably required in relation to your request. Such fees may be charged where we
