Referral Program Terms & Conditions

DVX Lithuania UAB (“DVX” or “We”) offers Platform supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in its referral program (the “Program”). This Program is administered by DVX.
By participating in the Program, Referrers are bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Program.
Referrers may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
The Program allows you to advertise the DeVol Platform, thereby driving traffic to it, whereby you may earn a portion of the trading fees generated (“Rebates”) if a person that is not you (“Trader,” “Referred User”) trades on the Platform after being referred to it from a DeVol created hyperlink (“Link”) issued by DeVol (“Referral Code”). A Trader that signs up through a valid Link will get a discount on trading fees (“Discount”).

DVX provides you with the Links and Referral Codes necessary to promote the DeVol Protocol. You acknowledge and agree it is your sole responsibility to indicate your correct Referral Code. You may promote the DeVol Protocol offers in any manner you choose unless it misleads someone about the DeVol Protocol.
We reserve the right to:
i. modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions and/or the methods and/or calculations through which rewards are earned. The use of the Program after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the new Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Program;
ii. disqualify any Referrers from receiving payment that they would otherwise be eligible for under this Program if we have reason to believe that their wallet is engaged in an illicit cryptocurrency activity;
iii. disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation Referrers’ or referees’ failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise failure to comply with any applicable laws; and
iv. amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.
Any capitalized words and expressions that are not defined in these Terms shall have the meaning assigned in the User Terms here.
You are not allowed to place any advertisements or referral links of the DeVol Platform on any (public) websites from any country. You agree to respect the protection provided by securities law and other applicable laws and regulations of your country of residence and any other country.
DVX is not responsible for (i) lost sales or lost opportunity to earn Rebates due to any cause, such as technical difficulties or over-capacity, including system overload in the Solana or Polygon blockchains; (ii) tracking Rebates, Discounts, or any other data, as this is handled by independent, smart contracts.
The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, as applicable.
